Breaking any of these rules can result in a blacklist from commissioning me again.

Payment is required upfront. If a commission is more than $100 I will be open for discussion on payment plans.

PayPal only, no eChecks will be accepted. I will accept gift cards on case by case basis.

I will charge an additional fee for higher complexity characters and an addtional 50% per additional character.

Please do not send payment until I approve of the commission or send an invoice.

If I have sent an invoice, I will inform a client when it was sent. I will allow partial payments for larger orders (this does include combined orders) - any partial payment means I will work at the speed I am paid.

Absolutely no refunds. If a client has an issue with your commission - please send me a message or inform me during the commission work in progress. This can ensure I will make edits the client wants and have both parties content.

I do not allow NFT's for any of my work.

Please allow up to two months of completion of the commission. If you wish for the commission to be pushed ahead in my queue, I will charge an additional fee of 50% from the original price point given.

I will include a WIP for a sketch of a clients character as a default as well as a color WIP.

If a client's commission is accepted, I will require a clear visual reference. Written pieces are accepted on a case by case basis.

My art cannot be used commercially unless discussed or the following: a logo, stream assets, or watermark.

I will stay in contact with any client. This pertains to lines, edits, or color. It is up to the client if I continue or not. I will not provide any edits to your commission once it has been deemed completed by both parties.

All of my works will come watermarked. The only expectations to this is watermarks or logos.

Credit me on all social media if my work is reposted on any site.

A client's commissioned work may be used as an official example. If you do not consent, please let me know ahead of time (preferably after completion at the very latest) but they will not be claimed as my characters.

If a client has commissioned a custom design or purchased a premade character design/concept; there is agreement that the client is following my design TOS.

I hold the right to decline a commission.

Payment is required upfront.

For any customs for closed species - I will not provide any required items a client may need. I do not claim any rights to closed species that are not owned by me.

The more detailed a client is with your custom, the more I can plan and discuss with said client. I am open to testing different traits if requested.

If the form is filled out but missing details or not detailed enough - I may decline the custom.

I am not comfortable with designing characters with heavy gore or eyestrain. I will not create characters that are heavily copied or ripped off copyrighted characters - I may allow them for inspiration. This being said, a custom will definitely be declined if the request is too close to a pre-existing design,

I will provide a quote for clients once I look over the form - we can discuss if there are any problems or if there needs to be a payment plan installed.

Color palette is always provided.

Any custom made by me, has to be credited no exceptions. If there does happen to be a redesign, I still hold rights to creation of the original - not the updated verison.

Customs should not be heavily edited after completion especially right after completion. I do allow alternate forms (e.g. a cat given a catgirl form or a human a feral form etc), but credits are still mandatory for the original

Customs will require communication - if you are unhappy I will make changes for you if they are reasonable with no additional cost. I will charge an additional fee if a client requests more than three changes (exception is testing traits) on one custom.

Kinning or making breeding charts is acceptable but not if a client fully rips off the design - it is preferred that I am asked beforehand.

Customs can be re-sold at a higher price if there is additional artwork added on. Please be reasonable with this rule.

It is highly preferred my designs are not used in illegal acts - if a client needs clarification please ask!

Any additional items will be an additional charge (multiple full bodies for one character or accessory pullouts etc)

Shading will not be included in custom designs due to the complications it can create for others to draw them.
